At Safety by Design Co., we believe success—whether in workplace safety or branding—starts with intention. Businesses do best when they’re built on a solid foundation, protected from risks, and designed to last.
I’ve spent over 10 years working in EHS, helping companies through big transitions—starting up, expanding, changing processes, or waiting to hire a full-time safety manager. I’ve seen how these changes can put compliance at risk, leaving businesses exposed to problems they’re not always prepared for.
At the same time, as someone who has also run two small businesses, I know how tough it is to stay true to your brand. Many businesses get caught up in trends and slowly lose their identity, making it harder to keep customers coming back.
That’s why I created Safety by Design Co.—to help businesses stay strong, safe, and strategic. Whether it’s keeping workplaces compliant or building a brand that lasts, I’m here to make sure businesses have the right tools and guidance to grow with confidence.
